Why We Built Circadify for RPM Integration
Health systems kept telling us the same story: they had invested in RPM programs, but the data lived in standalone dashboards that clinicians never checked. Vital signs collected remotely were not reaching the EHR workflows where clinical decisions actually happen. The integration gap was killing RPM program ROI.
Circadify was built to close that gap. Instead of creating another standalone RPM platform, we focused on producing structured FHIR-native vital signs data that flows directly into the EHR systems and telehealth platforms health IT teams have already deployed. The integration is the product.
